1. Administrative assistance only

Credentialing Autofill helps you transfer stored provider information into editable web forms. It does not perform credential verification, determine provider eligibility, evaluate professional qualifications or make insurance, employment or clinical decisions. It is not legal, medical, regulatory or credentialing advice.

2. You review and submit

You must check every field, destination, provider identity, document and date before submitting information. Matching suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for the information you use and any statements, attestations or certifications you make.

The extension does not click Submit, Attest or Save & Continue. Some websites automatically save or transmit values when their fields change. Filling a field on such a website may trigger that website’s own behavior even without a submission click.

3. MVP compatibility and limitations

CAQH, PECOS and Aetna are target portals. The MVP includes candidate selectors and general matching logic, but authenticated production forms have not been fully validated. Website updates, embedded frames, closed shadow roots and custom controls may prevent correct matching or filling. A confidence score is a heuristic suggestion, not a guarantee or a calibrated probability.

Use manual mapping or copy when necessary. Document Vault Helper assists with local PDF download and filename copying; you choose and upload the document yourself.

4. Authorized use and data protection

Use the extension only with information, accounts and systems you are authorized to access. Follow the portal’s requirements and your organization’s security procedures. You are responsible for protecting your device, vault password, exported backups, clipboard contents and downloaded files.

Local encryption does not constitute a compliance certification, and we do not claim HIPAA certification. Assess whether the tool meets your organization’s requirements before using sensitive information.

5. Independent product

Credentialing Autofill is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CAQH, CMS, Aetna or any healthcare payer. Third-party names are used only to identify target workflows. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Availability and support

Features, matching coverage and browser behavior may change. No guarantee is made that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free or accepted by a portal or authority. Pro access depends on a valid subscription/license and periodic online verification.
