Privacy Policy
AutoFill is designed as a local-first extension for reusable form data. This policy explains what stays in your browser and what may be sent for product access or website operation.
Local profile storage
Users, groups, labels, field values and encrypted backups are stored locally in your browser or in files you export. AutoFill does not operate a server that receives saved profile contents or scanned page values for normal form filling.
Free and Pro access
Free use is limited to 3 users and 5 usable fields per user. License validation may send your license key, a random extension instance identifier, product identifiers and basic network metadata to richbirds.net and the payment provider. Profile values are not included.
Form scanning
AutoFill reads form labels and fields in the active tab so it can suggest matches. Matching and review happen inside the extension; page contents are not submitted to a remote matching service.
Backups
Exports can include users, groups, labels and saved values. Protect backup files and passwords. Anyone who has both may be able to restore the data.
Website visits and contact
richbirds.net and its host may process standard server information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp for security and operation. Contact richbirds3930@gmail.com with privacy questions.
