LongCapture captures full-page or long scrolling screenshots and saves them locally or to cloud locations selected by the user.

Information LongCapture handles

  • Visible website content when the user starts a capture.
  • URLs entered for batch or scheduled captures.
  • Generated screenshot files and local capture settings.
  • User-authorized cloud tokens or WebDAV/Nextcloud configuration.
  • License key, extension instance identifier and local operational logs.

How information is used

  • Capture and stitch screenshots requested by the user.
  • Save locally or upload to the user-selected destination.
  • Run configured batch or scheduled captures.
  • Verify Pro status and help troubleshoot errors.

Information sharing

  • Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox receive uploads only after authorization.
  • WebDAV or Nextcloud receives uploads only at the configured server.
  • Lemon Squeezy handles license and purchase operations.
  • Screenshots, cloud credentials and logs are not sent to the developer's own server.

Local storage

  • Settings, tokens, WebDAV configuration, license state and logs are stored in Chrome local extension storage.
  • Use an app password for WebDAV or Nextcloud where available.

Security

  • Cloud APIs, license calls and WebDAV/Nextcloud connections use HTTPS.

User control

  • Choose local or cloud storage.
  • Authorize or revoke cloud providers.
  • Edit WebDAV configuration, clear logs or uninstall to remove local extension data.
